Carlos was part of the core team that acquired Germany’s second crypto custodian license from BaFin. Nowadays Carlos is responsible for onboarding new tokenization clients and for building the NYALA powered secondary market for tokenized securities. Carlos has been invested in crypto assets for many years and witnessed many bull and bear runs.

Sebastian is responsible for our custody solution product and corporate development. He has been invested in crypto assets for many years and is leveraging his traditional finance background to further scale our crypto solutions for financial institutions.

As an application engineer & full stack developer, Tobias conducts the front and backend development for our platform. He also looks at our internal IT operations, data modeling, and system integration.

With more than 20 years of experience, Deniz is in charge of the corporate image's overall design and is responsible for our brand development.

As a full-stack software engineer in the development team, Mohsen implements the required features both on the Back end as well as the Front end, to improve performance and increase the capabilities of the product. He has also several years of experience in mobile applications programming & robotics.

Mamta is a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer, possesses extensive expertise in all aspects of the Software Testing Life Cycle. She plays a vital role in assisting our project teams in delivering top-notch work by conducting comprehensive quality assurance assessments and expanding testing capabilities.

Previously at the Boston Consulting Group in Berlin. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Business Psychology, Leadership, and Management.

She is our Operations Manager, responsible for accounting, HR, recruiting, and office management.

Currently obtaining a law degree from the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

Currently designing the new NYALA Design Language, building the foundation for the Design System and new product from end-to-end. Working alongside the Product team to create a new and valuable user-centered product.
